Portfolio / CareerBuilder Mobile

The CareerBuilder Mobile website started as a project idea I pitched to the CTO of CareerBuilder. The mobile site at the time was leased from a third party and was severely lacking. I was given a hard deadline of 30 days to create an entirely new mobile site that would better serve our mobile visitors and also reduce operating costs.

The site is simple and straightforward, allowing users to quickly search for and apply to jobs on their mobile devices. Visual elements were borrowed from the main CareerBuilder website to maintain brand identity.

The mobile site now receives over 250,000 pageviews per day and gets 50% more job applications from mobile users (compared to the non-mobile site).
