The Work@ Facebook app is a referral system that takes advantage of social networking.
Companies buy a customized version of Work@ that displays their job postings. Employees
can then use the app to refer their friends to open positions.
Many developers contributed to the project, in large part because of the many features of CareerBuilder's framework that were utilized, including the proprietary recommendation engine that suggests which friends are best suited for a job.
My contributions to the project include the design and coding of interface components as well as functional pieces that utilize the Facebook API, such as authentication and publishing to a news feed.
